Fees
Bodhi Counseling & Wellness is an out-of-network practice. Payment is due at the time of service, and credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and checks are accepted.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Superbills are available upon request for you to submit to your insurance company. Because coverage varies by plan, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

Initial Intake & Assessment
$315 | 60-75 minutes
Our first session gives us time to talk about what brings you to therapy, relevant history, your goals, and what you hope to get from our work together. We’ll begin developing a plan for therapy and discuss which approach may best fit your needs.
Individual Therapy
$220 | 45 minutes
$265 | 60 minutes
$360 | 90 minutes
Session length is based on your needs, goals, and the type of work we’re doing together. Extended sessions may be recommended when additional time would be beneficial, including for EMDR or other focused therapeutic work.
Alternative session lengths may be available based on clinical appropriateness.
Therapy Intensives
$1,950 | 3-hour Intensive
$3,000 | 6-hour Intensive
$4,050 | 9-hour Intensive
Therapy Intensive fees include more than our time together. They also include individualized preparation and follow-up work before and after your Intensive.
Other Intensive configurations, including extended or consecutive-day sessions, may be available based on your needs and clinical appropriateness.

Reduced Rate & Sliding Scale
A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available for Individual Therapy. Availability varies and is considered on a case-by-case basis.
